What Annex IV is
Annex IV of the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) enumerates the technical documentation a provider of a high-risk AI system must prepare and keep current for the ten years after the system enters the EU market. It is the artefact regulators point at when they ask “show me your system.”
Nebbos is being built to the Annex IV structure from day one. That means the technical documentation is a live artefact of the substrate, not a retrospective compilation before an audit.
The eight sections

Timeline
The Annex IV obligation attaches on 2027-08-02 for high-risk AI systems. The Nebbos pack is being assembled ahead of that date so the substrate is provably compliant on day one, not retro-fitted after.
